    STUDIO OWNER & YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Christina Corso is a yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, specializing in alignment-based classes that incorporate progressive sequencing, breath-work, and the use of props to support students of all levels. She is the founder of The Yoga Seed, a studio dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where practitioners can explore strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness.

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Allison English is a Chicago-based yoga and meditation teacher trained in Yoga Tune Up®, Roll Model® Method, and iRest®. She offers private and group classes, workshops, and retreats, known for her accessible and creative teaching style.

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Emily Rezetko is a yoga therapist and instructor. She specializes in therapeutic yoga for anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and other health conditions, integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative practices to support physical and emotional well-being.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Ghienhel discovered Pilates in 2012, bringing a love of strength and movement from her weight training background. Certified through Frog Temple, she is passionate about helping others apply Pilates to everyday life, emphasizing movement, breath, and lasting strength beyond the studio.

    PILATE INSTRUCTOR

    Michelle discovered Pilates while rehabbing two herniated discs and quickly developed a passion for its focus on breath, core strength, and healthy movement. She completed her comprehensive training at The Lab Pilates in Chicago and now teaches at Engage Pilates, where she enjoys helping clients of all levels build strength, stability, and body awareness.

    Jennifer Lynne LeVinne

    PILATES & YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Jennifer Lynne Levinne is an ERYT-500 certified yoga & pilates Instructor. She is also trained in yoga nidra & sound healing. Jen is also certified in aromatherapy, ayurveda, plant-based nutrition, and herbalism, integrating a holistic approach to support mind, body, and spirit.

    Alyssa brings solid movement background to the mat: a 200-Hour certification from BlueSpot Yoga and Katonah Yoga training with founder Nevine Michaan, Josie Schweitzer, and teachers nationwide. She blends strength principles and anatomy to help students organize, progress, and feel at home in their bodies.

    Michelle developed her passion for yoga over 20 years through dance training, experimenting with Yoga and Pilates, and running.
